Employee Engagement Initiatives

We began 2025 with a series of initiatives aimed at fostering team spirit and strengthening meaningful connections across our workforce. From festive celebrations like Chinese New Year gatherings to engaging in lighthearted games and bonding activities, these moments provided our employees with the chance to connect beyond work, recharge their energy, and celebrate the spirit of togetherness.

These initiatives remind us that engagement goes beyond tasks — it’s about creating memorable experiences that strengthen relationships and promote a vibrant workplace culture.

Onsite Health Screening

In February 2025, we conducted our first-ever onsite health screening, designed to make preventive healthcare more accessible to our team. Held conveniently at our workplace, the screening included checks for:
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Blood Pressure
  • Blood Glucose
  • Cholesterol Levels

By bringing healthcare to our doorstep, we empowered staff to gain valuable insights into their health status — encouraging early detection and intervention where necessary.

Our team also received health consultation and advice based on their results, making it a comprehensive and supportive experience.
A healthy team is a strong team. This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to the physical well-being of our employees and the importance of taking a proactive approach to workplace wellness.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

In March 2025, our team actively participated in a heartwarming community outreach project as part of our CSR commitment. Together, we packed and distributed goodie bags filled with essential items to underprivileged families in the eastern region of Singapore.

These bags included essential hygiene products — everyday items that make a big difference in the lives of families in need.

Our volunteers went door-to-door, personally delivering the care packages and interacting with the recipients. It was a humbling and fulfilling experience for everyone involved.

In the same month, we also took part in a fundraising event for the Children At Risk Empowerment Association (CARE Singapore). Our team challenged themselves through a series of intense exercises, with every repetition and step completed translating directly into donations for CARE Singapore.

Mental Wellness Talks – Supporting Mental Resilience

As part of our commitment to holistic employee well-being, we rolled out two virtual mental wellness sessions under the Total WSH Programme, addressing challenges that employees may experience in the workplace.
  • February 2025: “Combating Workplace Stress and Burnout”
This session covered how to spot signs of stress and burnout in the workplace and discussed practical ways to deal with them.
  • April 2025: “Combating Workplace Anxiety”
This session focused on identifying common workplace anxiety triggers and shared ways to manage them effectively.
Mental wellness is as vital as physical health, and we’re committed to creating a psychologically safe and supportive environment for all employees.

Team building Activities: Learning Through Play

This May, our team building activities brought us together through games with purpose. More than just fun, each activity was designed to highlight valuable lessons in team dynamics, collaboration, problem-solving, and trust.

Activities included:
  • Survive the Egg Drop – Design and build protective structures with limited materials to shield an egg from breaking when dropped from a height
  • Tag Tower – Stack the tallest tower, with the added twist that the building pieces cannot be touched directly
  • Pipeline – Transport balls of different sizes and colors from point A to point B using lengths of PVC pipe
  • Laser Tag – Some good old fashion red versus blue shooting!
Through these interactive experiences, our team experienced how communication, cooperation, and mutual respect are crucial for successful teamwork. These shared moments also helped deepen cross-department connections and foster a stronger sense of unity.
